Race Cylinder Heads For Fords

Competition & Ultra High-Performance Heads

Victor Jr. Ford

With a 500+ hp potential out-of-the-box, these heads feature large volume, high-flowing 210cc intake ports and .130" raised 75cc exhaust ports. Available with 60cc or 70cc combustion chambers (see Victor Jr. 70cc Ford listing below) to suit various applications. Heads with 60cc combustion chambers are available bare, with valves only or complete with valve springs for flat tappet or roller lifter applications. They feature CNC gasket-matched port entries/exits with blended valve bowls. The spark plug holes and valves are in the stock location with a valve cover rail thatıs raised .150". Complete heads come with stainless steel, 1-piece, swirl-polished, under-cut stem valves (2.05" intake/1.60" exhaust) as well as phosphor bronze valve guides. See chart for more specs.

Victor Jr. 70cc Ford

With a 500+ hp potential out-of-the-box, these heads have the same competition proven features as the Victor Jr. Ford heads but with 70cc combustion chambers. The 70cc combustion chambers are ideal for turbocharged and supercharged applications that require a lower static compression ratio. Other features include CNC gasket-matched port entries and exits with blended valve bowls. The spark plug holes and valves are in the stock location with a .150" raised valve cover rail. A groove in the deck surface allows most roller lifters to be changed without removing heads.

Victor Jr. CNC Ford

Designed for Ford 289-351W, these new Edelbrock/Chapman Victor Jr. heads are fully CNC-ported by the experts at Chapman Racing and are capable of 600+ hp out-of-the-box. These heads flow 320+ cfm through a 2.10" intake on a stock 4" bore. No special valve train is needed. Victor Jr. CNC heads #61269 are compatible with stock exhaust bolt patterns and flow 220+ cfm through a 1.60" exhaust valve. Victor Jr. CNC heads #61279 match the J302 diagonal exhaust bolt pattern and flow 240+ cfm through a 1.60" valve on a stock 4" bore.

Edelbrock/Glidden Victor CNC

6109Designed in conjunction with Billy Glidden and engineered for competition small-block Fords, these heads are fully CNC-ported by Chapman Racing. Capable of over 750 hp from 360-inches out of the box, the combination of altered valve locations and the Glidden chamber design produces maximum power in ultra high-performance applications. Exhaust ports are raised .630" for a straighter exit and require special Edelbrock header flanges #7722. Sold without valves or springs. Legal for NMRA Hot Street, Super Street Outlaw and Pro 5.0 classes. Victor Glidden As-Cast has no CNC-porting for custom applications. Must use special Jesel rocker arms.

Victor Ford

Victor heads are designed for ultra high-performance and large displacement small-blocks (high rpm 302s to 351 and larger Windsors). Features include: a 5/8" thick deck surface for maximum strength and positive head gasket retention, ultra-precise CNC-machining, ductile iron valve seats and phosphor-bronze valve guides. Note: Victor heads #7721 require shaft-mount rocker arm assemblies available from Jesel, part #KRA14377 (732) 901-1800; T&D Machine, part #7350 (775) 884-2292; or Coast High-Performance (310) 784-2977. They also require special aftermarket pistons, such as available from JE Pistons (Job #93751) (714) 898-9763. These heads have not been port-matched or bowl-blended and require professional head preparation. Will also fit 351-C with modifications. See chart for more specs.

Use Head Bolt Kits for an easy installation.

Header Flange Plates

These plates must be used with Victor Ford heads #77219, #77289, #77299, #61099 and #77099 due to unique bolt pattern. 2-1/2" bolt spacing allows room for large headers for competition. Plates are laser-cut from 5/16" mild steel.

Edelbrock/Chapman Victor CNC 276cc Ford

These new Edelbrock heads are designed for ultra high-performance and all-out drag racing, they are fully CNC ported in the combustion chamber, intake ports and exhaust ports by Chapman Racing. The 60cc chambers deliver maximum racing performance out-of-the-box in small-block Ford engines. Features include rocker pads that are machined for shaft assemblies, manganese bronze replaceable guides and more. The 276cc intake ports are raised .38" and the 95cc exhaust ports are raised .52" for superior flow characteristics. The intake port flange has been extended 3/8" for port alignment using standard intake manifolds. Relocated spark plugs provide better flame travel for more power. Featuring 15° valve angles, the intake valves are offset .055" closer than stock to cylinder centerline and the exhaust valves are offset .120" away from stock centerline. Valve centerline spread is 1.935" which is the same as an 18° Chevy. Note: These heads require shaft-mounted rocker arms available from Jesel Components #KRA14371, T&D Machine #7350 or Coast High-Performance. They also require special aftermarket pistons, such as available from JE Pistons Job #93751. Will fit 351-C with modifications. See chart for more specs. Use with any standard Windsor-based racing manifold such as our Super Victor #2924. Requires end seal spacers #7726, sold separately.
