Our 408w Street Short Block is designed for n/a, under 150hp worth of nitrous, or under 10psi boosted applications. The 5140 rods with arp bolts along with the cast crank and KB hyperuetectics are plenty enough for most street oriented applications under 600hp. Don't confuse these pistons with a normal cast piston, as a cast piston won't be able to handle the power, nitrous, or boost that these can and don't even blink at. This short block, along with all our other stroker short blocks, is balanced to 28oz..
